Land in Kuala Lumpur and your car is waiting at our local partner’s counter, in both terminals. Full cover with zero excess on every rental, and every car is automatic.

In Malaysia the excess is zero, just as with us, but some rules are the country’s own. We tell you before you book, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Two counters, one per terminal. Open every day from 08:30 to 21:59, public holidays included.

From Arrivals, take the lift to the ground floor, leave the terminal and cross the road: the counter is in the car rental building, Block D.

From the Arrival Hall on Level 2, take the escalator or the lift down to the Transportation Hub on Level 1, where the car rental counters are.

All automatic. We guarantee the category; the model is the one shown or a similar one.
There are only a few cars on request: they are confirmed once availability has been checked.
One condition to remember: after an accident, tell the counter straight away and file a police report within 24 hours. Without the report, the zero excess does not apply.
Not covered: drivers who are not on the contract, driving under the influence or off road, wrong fuel, and damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence.
Online you pay only the advance. At the counter you pay the rest in ringgit by credit card in the lead driver’s name (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay or JCB), and 1,000 ringgit are blocked as a deposit, not charged: the bank usually releases them within 7 to 21 days. American Express and UnionPay carry a 3 to 5% surcharge.
You pay everything online: advance, rental and a 1,000 ringgit deposit, plus a small transfer fee (2 to 5%) shown before you pay. You pay nothing at the counter. After you return the car the deposit comes back to you, less any costs such as missing fuel or fines.
No cash, and no cards in someone else’s name for the deposit.

Yes, with a debit card: you pay everything online, deposit included, and the deposit comes back after you return the car.
