Where we meet
We do not have a desk inside the terminal. Our staff wait for you at the Departures exits, on the first floor, and take you on the free shuttle to our office, about five minutes away, where they hand over the car. The service runs 24 hours a day.

Yes, we are open 24 hours a day. If you collect the car after 22:00 and your booking showed an earlier time, the out-of-hours fee applies; if you choose the night-time slot straight away, it is already in the total.
And when I return the car?
You bring the car back to our office and the free shuttle takes you straight to the terminal, five minutes by car.
